A virtual workshop on "Improving Hospital Performance" was held on Tuesday  Aug 3rd 2021 by Dr. Ravaghi, WHO advisor, from 8:30_ 15:00 Tehran time. The workshop was attended by 30 hospital managers, PhD, and MSc students. During the workshop, the participants were assigned to small groups to analyse some case studies, carry out SWOT analysis, and then report and discuss the results with other groups.
