MSc in “Health in Disasters and Emergencies”
Health in Disaster and Emergencies is an interdisciplinary program that covers different stages of disaster risk management including, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery in disasters and emergencies (such as natural, man-made, and biological disasters). Specifically, the program will enable graduates to:
- Plan and develop policies, and lead efforts in managing and reducing the risks and injuries caused by various types of disasters
- Assist policy-makers in making sound decisions in critical situations
